The cooperative Asociación Guadalhorce Ecológico is a group of small Andalusian organic farmers. Their aim is to work together to guarantee the production of quality organic food at a fair price for the customer AND the farmer.
Nestled in the renowned Guadalhorce Valley, the cooperative focuses its production on local varieties, well adapted to the tropical climate of the region. By choosing a sustainable production model based on the diversification of their production and associated with the revaluation of the farming profession, they are acting as biodiversity conservators and agents of social change in their region.
It is one of the privileged partners of Terroirist to ensure the supply of fruit and vegetables not available in Belgium (mango, avocado, citrus fruits, etc.).
