Stephen Destrée, a pastry chef by profession, started out in 2008 as a biscuit manufacturer. His aim is to produce a Belgian biscuit of the highest quality. With quality ingredients and recipes from world-renowned chefs, adapted by Stephen, the desire is to make you dream... Each biscuit is different: whether it is crunchy or melts in the mouth, whether it comes with almonds or 2 types of chocolate, there will be at least one to satisfy the most discerning gourmets.

The biscuit factory stands for quality, respect for raw materials and mastery of the finished product, core values that allowed Stephen Destrée to win First Prize in the National Competition "La Vitrine de l'artisan 2010". With 189 participants, this represents a huge reward to mark his achievement.
