The Baré farm is located in Balâtre, a village in the province of Namur. A pioneer of organic farming, the farm went organic more than ... 40 years ago! And for several years now it has been practising biodynamic agriculture.

Pierre Baré and Dan grow delicious carrots on a few hectares of land rich in humus and with a clay-loam soil. What is more, the varieties grown are traditional “non-hybrid” ones: hardy and reproducible from one generation to the next, without human intervention. They also grow potatoes and various cereals. The latter are ground in the Baré’s own mill to make delicious flour.
