La Ferme Baré

 The Baré farm is located in Balâtre, a village in the province of Namur. A pioneer of organic farming, the farm went organic more than ... 40 years ago! And for several years now it has been practising biodynamic agriculture.

The farm switched to organic farming in 1969. Francis has been working with Interbio right from the organisation's start, mainly using it to distribute his various varieties of potatoes (Agria, Désirée, Charlotte…).

La Ferme des Grands Prés 

Coming from a traditional mixed (crops and livestock) farm, Jean-Yves Van Compernolle wanted both to branch out and to have more contact with the land. This is why, 14 years ago, he made over part of his farm to growing vegetables, at first conventionally but then organically.

La Ferme du Maustitchi 

Producing vegetables for over 25 years in Hainaut, the Durieux family converted to organic farming in 2010. The farm produces a wide range of vegetables, including tomatoes, cauliflower, parsnips, artichokes, carrots, potatoes and asparagus.

 

La Ferme du Peuplier

La Ferme du Peuplier, an organic farm run by Gwenaël du Bus de Warnaffe and his team, is located in Bossut-Gottechain, not far from Brussels. It produces 60 different varieties of vegetables on 18 hectares.
